The SANDO AOD 400 SS / Aluminum Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump is engineered for high-performance liquid transfer in chemical, paint, pharmaceutical, wastewater, ceramic, oil, and general industrial applications. Built with a strong Stainless Steel / Aluminum body, the AOD 400 offers durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable operation for handling aggressive, viscous, and abrasive fluids.
This AODD pump operates using compressed air, making it suitable for hazardous and flameproof areas where electric motor-driven pumps may not be ideal. The pump is self-priming, can run dry without damage, and provides smooth, leak-free pumping without mechanical seals or gland packing.
The AOD 400 model is available with Teflon and Neoprene diaphragms, allowing users to select the right elastomer based on fluid compatibility. The Teflon NRV balls provide excellent chemical resistance and dependable non-return valve performance during suction and discharge cycles.
